Rental & Payment
To ensure a smooth experience, rental payments are required upon arrival. Choose the space that fits your needs and budget.
- RENTAL PAYMENT DUE UPON ARRIVAL; $15.00 PER SPACE PER DAY/REGULAR SPACES
- $30.00 PER SPACE PER DAY FOR SALES OF PRE-PACKAGED FOOD
- PRODUCTS, AGUAS, ICE CREAM ETC.
- $50.00 PER SPACE PER DAY IF YOU ARE COOKING ON SITE.
Vendor Requirements
To maintain a vibrant market atmosphere, vendors must adhere to our
guidelines. This ensures a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- BECOME A REGULAR VENDOR WITH A RESERVED SPACE BY PAYING FOR 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND SET UP BEFORE 8AM
- REGULAR AND RESERVED SPACE VENDORS WHO ARE NOT OCCUPYING THEIR SPACE BEFORE 8AM, CAN LOSE THAT SPACE TO ANOTHER VENDOR
- ANY SPACE NOT OCCUPIED BY 8AM IS AVAILABLE TO ANY OTHER VENDOR.
- VENDORS WITH TRAILERS MUST DETACH THE TRAILER AND CANNOT BLOCK TRAFFIC WITH THE TRUCK
Cleanliness & Conduct
To ensure a smooth operation, vendors must adhere to specific setup requirements. Proper equipment and arrangements are essential for a successful market experience.
- VENDORS MUST PLACE TRASH IN THE TRASH CANS AND LEAVE THEIR SPACE AND SURROINDING AREA CLEAN OF TRASH BEFORE LEAVING.
- FAILURE TO CLEAN YOUR AREA COULD RESULT IN LOSING YOUR RENTAL PRIVILEGE
- NO DUMPING ALLOWED. YOU CANNOT ABANDON ITEMS ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY
- NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE SALES ARE ALLOWED OTHER THAN BY THE OWNER WITHOUT THE OWNER’S PERMISSION.
- NO GUNS ALLOWED
- NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED; NO DRUGS ALLOWED
- NO STOLEN GOODS ALLOWED
- DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH
Parking and Accessibility Guidelines
To ensure a seamless experience for all attendees, we have established
specific parking and accessibility rules. Handicapped parking is available, but
violations will result in one warning followed by towing.
- HANDICAPPED PARKING VIOLATORS; ONE WARNING AND TOWED THEREAFTER.
